Work in Progress Disclosure

There is a general ethic on blogs to indicate any substantive changes once a blog has been published. I generally adhere to that myself but sometimes I publish posts as sort of a trial balloon to get responses from early readers. This is such a post and I may edit it over time without indicating the changes.  Eventually this article may be reposted on one or more highly trafficked other sites.
